MEDLINE is a database created by the American National Library of Medicine. It is possible to search for in more than one different surface within its content. With a proper query, we must theoretically get the same set of hits, so in fact, only the query mode can be different, but the accessed date cannot.
(Of course, this only applies to Medline's own data. However, for some databases, EMBASE e.g. - their service providers provide data from other locations, so there may be a difference between the result set.)
