What can you do, if you have a library debt in Neptun?

Would you like to apply for an exam but have a library debt at Neptun? What can you do?

1. Check out the top right corner of the library website, in the reader information menu, what kind of book- or money debt you have. Expired books can be renewed here, and debts can be paid here online.*

2. You will receive a confirmation email from the library about your online payment with a link to request out-of-date data updates at Neptun. (https://neptun-atkuldes.lib.pte.hu/student)

3. In Neptun, the debts are stored in the "Finances / Payment" menu, here you can see if the library debts have been updated.

4. NOW YOU CAN APPLY FOR THE EXAM!

*You cannot renew expired books online if

- your library card has expired,

- you have already extended the deadline TWICE,

- you have over HUF 2000 in debt,

- there is a reservation on the book.

In these cases, you can only manage the debt PERSONALLY.
